MY  PURPOSE IN SHARING  THIS INFORMATION

 The information in this area of the web site is taken from my workshop on Spiritual, Lucid Dreaming. The purpose of the workshop is to help you to begin to use dreams to access creativity, receive useful information and most importantly, to grow spiritually.

I think that the most significant purpose and benefit of having this ability is to reach a higher state of consciousness as we journey home to God. When we increase our understanding of ourselves and the world around us, spiritual growth and awareness can occur at a more efficient rate.

This doesn't happen overnight. Your path of understanding may accelerate at different points in your life and at other times it may seem like it is in a stall. Eventually, these cycles end and your growth begins once again. The process is not linear. It is rather like the ocean waves...in and out; up and down. Be patient.

There are links to several spiritual exercises at the end of this area. Anyone can do these exercises. They may seem too simple for you to be able to believe in their effectiveness, but truth is always simple. All that is required is an uncomplicated sincerity, a little self-discipline and patience. I have found that these techniques work best when you do them with love in your heart. That is why I suggest bringing thoughts of a loved one into your mind and heart before your begin your exercises.  Continued on Page 2
